This page explains what information Reliance Mart collects through reliancemartks.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We're a single neighborhood grocery store, not a data company — we only collect what we need to send you the weekly flyer and respond to messages.

What we collect

When you sign up for the weekly flyer or use the contact form, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Any message you send us through the contact form

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't run analytics scripts that follow you across other websites. The Google Maps embed on our Contact and homepage may set its own cookies once you interact with it — that's controlled by Google, not us.

How we use it

• To email you our weekly deals flyer, if you signed up for it
• To respond to questions or messages you send us
• To let us know internally when someone new signs up or reaches out

We never sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

To run the flyer signup and send email, we use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Brevo — manages our email subscriber list
• Resend — delivers the emails we send
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores signup/contact data securely

Your choices

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at [email protected] at any time to unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
